EXHIBITION HANDLING
Our services can include all your diverse needs - including pick up at your location, airfreight and/or ocean freight (containers) transport.

Transport to Event City
Pick-up, receiving, and handling of all exhibit material at our consolidation points.
Processing of export documentation.
Delivery to port/airport of departure.
International transport to destination airport.
Payment of all port handling and arrival fees (excluding export licenses).
Preparation of in-bound transit formalities
Customs Import
Preparation and processing of temporary import entry or permanent import entry.
All Customs examination formalities.
Entries for permanent import of goods, as well as payment of duty/taxes for sold items.
Provision of temporary import bond.

Transit to Event
Delivery from port/depot of arrival to the exhibition site.
Delivery to Stand
Unloading at fairgrounds and delivery to stand (one spotting only).
Removal, storage, and return of empty cases.
Labor/ equipment ordered on-site to unpack, set up, re-pack, etc.
Pickup From Stand
Taking of exhibitor's disposal instructions.
Removal from stand and reloading onto vehicle at fairground.

Transit from Event
Delivery to port/airport of export.
Customs Export
Export customs examination.
Processing of all export customs documentation.
Transport from Event City
Freight charges up to arrival port/airport .
Return trucking to your premises after arrival at the port/airport.

Complex and encompass several thousand square feet.Our warehouses are clean and dedicated to exhibit material.
